There is a famous quote in Tamil about exalted planets as Uchanai Uchan parkka Pichai Eduppan. It means if two exalted planets aspects each other, both of them will lose its power and become debilitated. But the statements are not true. But it will create some sort of ups and downs, unexpected situations in the life during their Mahadasha.
